Amici di Cometa is established as a Philanthropic Organization under Legislative Decree No. 117 of July 3, 2017. Therefore, each donation made to it is eligible for one of the following tax benefits:
Tax credit against personal income tax (IRPEF) for an amount equal to 30% of the donation, up to an annual limit of €30,000 (Art. 83, Paragraph 1, Legislative Decree 117/2017);
Deduction from total net income, up to a limit of 10% of total declared income (Art. 83, Paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 117/2017).
