How to designate your 5x1000 tax contribution

Your support doesn’t cost you anything, but it means everything: with just your signature, you can help the children and young people of Cometa on their path to discovering themselves and their potential.

  • On your tax return form (Modello Unico, 730 or CUD), locate the box for “Choice for the designation of the 5x1000 share of personal income tax (IRPEF)”

You can still donate. Taxpayers who are not required to file a full tax return can still designate their 5×1000 share of personal income tax (IRPEF) using the specific form attached to their 2022 Certificazione Unica (CU), Modello 730, or Modello Redditi Persone Fisiche (ex Unico).

  • You can submit the form at a post office (a free service) or to an authorized intermediary for electronic transmission, such as a tax professional or a CAF. Please note that an intermediary may accept or decline the form and may charge a fee for their service. Alternatively, you can use the Italian Revenue Agency's (Agenzia delle Entrate) online services directly, if you have activated them.
  • If you are submitting a physical copy, the envelope must bear the following text: “Scheda per la scelta della destinazione del 5 per mille dell’IRPEF”, along with your full name and tax code (codice fiscale).
