Practical training spaces for students of Cometa’s Oliver Twist School, where they gain knowledge and skills in a real-world work environment.
Born from the desire to let students “learn by doing,” Cometa’s bar and restaurant are training grounds where students can hone the fundamental skills for their professional development: public interaction, attention to detail, hospitality, readiness and attentive care.
The educational restaurant features a fixed seasonal menu, with dedicated daily specials conceived and prepared by students under the guidance of the chef. The menu is accompanied by a selection of wines from Cometa and desserts from the Cometa pastry shop.
Every dish is the result of a careful selection of excellent quality ingredients and a welcoming service.
At the educational bar, café service with brioche and artisan pastries is available daily, along with pizzas, focaccia, and sandwiches. Every item is produced at Cometa by master artisans working alongside young people with disabilities or facing challenging circumstances.

The bar and restaurant are classrooms, but they are also welcoming spaces, meticulously designed to make every guest feel at home.
Furnishings made from reclaimed materials, tables crafted from old wine vats, a sofa built from crushed drums by an African artist, and truck side panels transformed into counters. Every object has a story and a meaning.
